Delete Your Account
You have the right to permanently delete your ORBA Labs account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to submit a deletion request — no app login is required to initiate this process.
How to Request Account Deletion
Account deletion requests are currently processed via email. Follow these steps:
Use the email address associated with your ORBA Labs account to send your request to: support@orbalabs.xyz
Set the email subject to: Delete My Account
We will verify that the email matches a registered account. We may reply to confirm your request before proceeding.
Once verified, your account and data will be permanently deleted. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
Data Handling After Deletion
The following table outlines exactly what data is permanently deleted and what, if any, data may be retained for legally required purposes.

Retained only if required by applicable law or for legitimate security purposes. Retained data is never used for marketing.
Consequences of Account Deletion
Deleting your account will permanently remove all access to the ORBA Labs platform and developer tools. You will lose access to your profile, projects, and account history. This action cannot be undone. If you create a new account in the future, it will start fresh with no connection to the deleted account.
